Once you have registered for classes, you will receive a letter in the mail within 2 weeks with your email address. For technical support, if you have forgotten your login information for both your email and WebAdvisor accounts, contact the Student Help Desk at (413) 755-4016, email usersupport@tamilfolksongs.com .
- Get Your RAM Card (Student ID)
If you already have a RamCard you can continue to use it. If you have lost your RamCard since your last time of attendance, you can get another one.
In order to get your RamCard:
- A valid state or government-issued photo identification such as a driver's license or passport must be presented at the time your RamCard photo is taken and when RamCards are picked up (the college cannot accept permits for a Ramcard as these are not valid for identification).
- Students must be registered for classes.
Please note that it takes approximately one hour for the registration system to relay student information to the RamCard database so students will become eligible to have their RamCard picture taken about one hour after they register (during RamCard business hours).

If your bill is not paid or a payment arrangement has not been set up, you may risk losing your class schedule. In order to apply for a virtual parking permit or bus pass, payment arrangements must be in place, either; classes paid in full, a payment plan set-up or financial aid file complete.
